    Volkswagen russia car concept Kaluga Russia, Volkswagen Will produce cheap sedan for Russian market. VW said : New model will be a “comfortable” sedan, start price at $13,000 with two type 1.4 and 1.6 liter engines. But VW not yet announced the new car name.
